Partner with parents to encourage optimal outcomes while minimizing conflict.Engage in clinical collaboration, from weekly supervision meetings to division and IEP meetings. Contribute to problem-solving, share insights confidently, and celebrate successes with your team.Explore new research and strategies in a safe, supportive environment where learning, collaboration, and innovation are encouraged.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a compassionate, curious, and collaborative BCBA who is passionate about ethical ABA practice, mentorship, and continuous learning. You enjoy guiding staff, partnering with families, and applying evidence-based strategies to help clients thrive.Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standing8-hour supervision trainingProfessional experience in ABA therapy and supervision, including program design, analysis, behavior reduction, parent coaching, and staff trainingWork Location: Hybrid remote in Torrance, CA 90505, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 and South Gate, CA 90280
