In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:The Pipeline Roustabout will assist with the implementation of the various components of DGOC’s Pipeline Maintenance programs.Special focus will be placed on:Responsible for all field activities and related pipeline integrity, repair, and maintenanceConducts facility leak surveys and patrols.Conducts facility locates distributed from WV811Conducts valve operation, maintenance, and testing.Conducts pipeline maintenance activities.Performs remedial actions when operational deficiencies are noted.Conduct various tests, measurements, and surveys to ensure efficient operation of the pipeline and facilitiesMonitor the condition of the pipeline through pipeline patrols, visual inspection, an examination of field data, etc.Completes special projects, other duties, and annual objectives as assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experienceA minimum of 3 years’ experience in the gas/oil industryExperience with Pipeline maintenance processes and proceduresExperience with asset data management/ work order management systems- EAM/ MAXIMO preferredExcellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.Demonstrated ability to organize and interpret data, and to problem solve.Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsMust be able to move or traverse from one location on the job site to another. This includes the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, frequently positioning oneself (e.g., to stoop, kneel, or squat) to perform tasks, and occasionally ascend/descend (e.g., ladders or uneven terrain)Ability to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess driving operations effectively (either naturally or with corrective lenses).Ability to operate a 4X4 vehicle.Must be able to repetitively move or position feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, and back. Constantly operates, uses, and positions hands and fingers in performance of workMust be able to work atop elevated surfaces and traverse various heightsLifts or carries 110 lbs. or more, which falls into the "heavy" category (over 50 pounds).Frequently pushes and pulls with a maximum force of 150 ft./lbs.Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions and is exposed to varying environmental conditions, including well site conditions.
