Full-time Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to serve across both Inventory and Shipping divisions, ensuring our mission proceeds with the precision of a well-calibrated starship engine.In this role, you will navigate vital functions from pulling and bin running to picking, packing, and dispatching orders across the galaxy. Adaptability is essential; as priorities shift faster than a meteor shower, youll respond with agility and resolve.During peak season, you will stand among the elite crew members safeguarding accuracy, velocity, safety protocols, and cross-department unity boldly delivering monster memories to customers in every quadrant!Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInventory OperationsPrepare and stage inventory for Shipping, including pulling, bin filling, and bin running.Utilize hand-held scanners to complete inventory processes accurately.Access ERP systems to verify locations, research inventory questions, and resolve discrepancies.Process Return-to-Bin (RTB) items following internal procedures.Participate in regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Move inventory stored on pallets and assist with overstock pulls and replenishment.Support inventory projects such as stock transfers, consolidations, and warehouse layout improvements.Shipping OperationsPick items using hand-held scanners.Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.Sort orders by carrier to ensure timely shipment.Support assigned shipping functions including bagging, quality control, loading docks, stacking, tote running, and carrier pickups.Maintain adequate supplies at packing stations.Assist Shipping and Receiving departments as workload dictates.Equipment & Warehouse SupportOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, power jacks, and order picker machines (training provided for inventory).Move inbound shipments from receiving to overstock and replenish pick locations as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.Team & Leadership Support (as applicable)Assist in overseeing work areas during peak season.Train and mentor seasonal or temporary employees.Direct staff to assigned work areas based on workload priorities.Provide guidance, encouragement, and feedback to support performance and job satisfaction.Wage : $19.50 when machine trained AND working on designated machineEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.Experience operating warehouse equipment (pallet jack, order picker, forklift) preferred but not required.Willingness to train, complete, and pass Machine Operator training, including road test.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to meet productivity and accuracy goals.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Calm, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Good verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to work extended hours and additional days during high-volume and peak seasons.Willingness to cross-train and support other departments as needed.Physical RequirementsConstant standingFrequent walkingFrequent bendingConstant hand/wrist repetitionOccasional kneeling, crawling, squatting, and climbingFrequent reachingOccasional twistingOccasional use of stairsDexterity & StrengthFine motor skills with lightmoderate strengthPushing & PullingOccasional pushingOccasional pullingLifting & CarryingLift/carry up to 10 lbs frequentlyLift/carry 1124 lbs frequentlyLift/carry 2534 lbs occasionallyLift/carry 3550 lbs occasionallyLift/carry 5174 lbs not requiredLift/carry 75100 lbs not requiredLift/carry over 100 lbs not requiredOverhead LiftingUp to 10 lbs frequently1124 lbs frequently2534 lbs occasionally3550 lbs occasionally51 lbs and above not requiredVisionClose visual workNormal color discriminationDepth perceptionDistance visionAbility to focusWorking ConditionsIndoor temperatures between 1695FNo driving required (except for inventory on order pickers, once fully certified)Constant noise below 85 decibelsNo personal protective equipment requiredNo travel requiredCompensation details: 19.5-19.5 Hourly WagePId0dfe5d783e2-26289-40274393
