Technicians will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and complete repairs and rebuilds to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to work collaboratively to minimize downtime and support plant performance. Technician levels will be determined based on demonstrated skills, technical knowledge, certifications, and years of experience within our Maintenance Progression System.Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to support safe and reliable plant operationsDiagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsMaintain, rebuild, and repair pumps, drive systems, compressors, piping, valves, and related mechanical equipmentSupport installation, rebuilds, upgrades, and overhauls of critical production systemsPerform pipe installation and maintenance work, including threaded and grooved connectionsExecute lubrication routes and preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliabilityPerform welding, cutting, fabrication, and repair work as needed to restore equipment functionalityUse hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and precision measurement instruments safely and accuratelyInterpret technical documentation, blueprints, schematics, specifications, and maintenance standardsOperate shop and mobile equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and overhead cranes (as applicable)Apply proper rigging, lifting, and Lockout/Tagout procedures during maintenance activitiesComplete work orders and maintenance documentation accuratelyCollaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiativesSupport equipment reliability efforts through proactive maintenance and problem-solvingMentor and support the development of junior technicians as experience level progressesFollow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environmentMaintenance Technician QualificationsExperience level and placement will align with demonstrated skill and the appropriate technician level within our Maintenance Progression System.High school diploma or GED requiredTechnical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, welding, hydraulics, or a related field preferredStrong mechanical aptitude with experience performing equipment maintenance and repairs in industrial or manufacturing environmentsAbility to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systemsExperience with pumps, drive systems, compressors, piping, valves, lubrication systems, and related plant equipmentAbility to perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair work safely and effectivelyProficiency using shop tools, power tools, and measurement equipmentAbility to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentationKnowledge of preventive maintenance practices, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement principlesOverhead crane certification required or ability to obtain (as applicable)Strong commitment to safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellenceAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work assigned shifts, including overtime as neededMaintenance Technician BenefitsCompetitive hourly payComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401k with company contributionsEmployer-paid life and short-term disability insurancePTO and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities for growth and development#INDOMNI
