Snapshot / Role OverviewWe're seeking a Service Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee commercial HVAC service operations and lead a team of service technicians.Impact• Drive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery• Support business growth through effective team leadership• Ensure operational efficiency and profitability• Build long-term customer relationshipsResponsibilities• Manage service technician team and daily dispatch operations• Oversee preventive maintenance contracts and service agreements• Review and approve service quotes and proposals• Monitor service metrics including response times and customer satisfaction• Coordinate emergency service calls and critical repairs• Develop technician training programs and career development plans• Manage parts inventory and service vehicle fleet• Build relationships with key customers and resolve service issuesRequirementsMust-Haves• 7+ years of HVAC service experience• 3+ years of team leadership or management experience• EPA Universal certification• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems• Excellent communication and customer service skillsNice-to-Haves• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field• Experience with service management software• P&L management experience• Building automation systems knowledgeCompensation & LogisticsCompetitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and company vehicle.Call to ActionIf you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
