Benefits are effective on the first day of the month following date of hire.Our Benefits IncludeWork Life-Balance-Flexibility, generous Paid PTO, and paid holidays.Health & Dental insurance - flexible contribution options that includes 2 HDHP w/ HSA enrollment option or non-HDHP at a minimal cost to employees.Voluntary vision coverage.Employer-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life & AD&D.Supplemental Life Insurance available.401(k) with 3% employer match + 3% employer contribution after 12 months and 1,000 hours workedCareer advancement opportunities in a supportive, mission-driven environment.SummaryAccountable for acting as part of a team in the service delivery plan for persons with mental health and or addiction disorders and the care, guidance, supervision and training of clients in a supported or supervised housing program.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesImplements programs and monitors clients within a supported/supervised living programFunctions as a member of an interdisciplinary team and participates in service delivery plan process for clientsProvides guidance and support for clients to develop independent living skills Participates in and assists clients with activities of daily livingAssists clients in accessing goods, services and supports required for independent living; reinforces appropriate client behavior through modification techniquesResponsible for clients health and safetyObserves and reports client behaviorServes as advocate for government subsidies and re-determination hearingsTransports clients Acts as liaison to clients and their families or various community agencies or organizationsProvides concise and accurate reports and documentationMay make recommendations on policies or standards May administer and track medications with appropriate certificationMay administer first aid in emergency situationsMay schedule and attend appointments with clientsPerforms related duties as requiredAll agency staff are required to attend all mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings*ScheduleTuesday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pmRequirementsEducation &/Or Experience:High School Diploma plus must be working towards an Associate Degree. Two years’ experience working with substance abusers in a residential setting preferred. Ability to work with diverse population. A familiarity with Twelve Step Program.
