Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care and support for hospice patients in alignment with their care plans. Responsibilities include conducting regular assessments, administering medications, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. The nurse will ensure the highest standards of clinical care and documentation, while also providing health education to caregivers when necessary. Qualifications RN licensure in the appropriate state, with a strong foundation in patient care coordinationProficiency in conducting assessments, administering medications, and managing a care planStrong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work with interdisciplinary teams and familiesEmpathy, active listening, and the ability to provide emotional support and education for patients and their caregiversExperience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is highly desirableProficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and attention to accurate documentationAbility to work independently in a remote capacity and manage time effectivelyCurrent CPR certification and valid driver’s license, if applicable
