AWS DevOps Engineer

Location: Local to VA or DC onlyHybrid, one day a week onsite in Reston, VA. Some occasional meetings onsite as well will be announced early in either Reston, VA or DC locations.Visa: USC/GC/h4Duration: 12-month contractSummary: CareFirst is looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer to support the automated provisioning of AWS cloud infrastructure for an EKS workload migration and building new tech stacks on AWS.Need to Close:12+ years overall IT experience5+ years of experience in automated infrastructure provisioning in AWS cloud2+ years of experience with AWS EKS and any other AWS services (EC2, S3, MongoDB, Sagemaker, Bedrock, Eventbridge, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)Any active AWS certificationExperience using Terraform to provision AWS cloud resourcesNice to have:Experience working within healthcare or financial industryPython coding experience
