Web Full Stack Engineer – Python/Ruby on Rails, React & AI Automation

Job Summary: We are looking for a Full Stack Web Engineer with 3+ years of experience building scalable web applications using Python or Ruby on Rails, React, SQL, and cloud platforms. The role focuses on AI-powered automation, agentic workflows, API integrations, and production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain full-stack web applications and automation workflows. Develop backend APIs, background jobs, and scalable services. Build responsive UIs using React/JavaScript. Integrate AI agents, RPA, APIs, and Document Intelligence solutions. Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Work with AI-assisted development, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent workflows. Collaborate with product/data teams and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills: 3+ years of Full Stack development experience. Python or Ruby on RailsReact, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSSPostgreSQL/MySQL/SnowflakeREST APIs and background job processing. AWS, Azure, or GCP.AI/automation experience with RAG, AI Agents, UiPath, or Document AI.Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub is a plus. Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience preferred. Must be able to work in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
