About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to support our service and dispatch operations. This role serves as a key link between customers and technical teams, ensuring service requests, installations, and deliveries are scheduled accurately and handled with care.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and confidently manages multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with service-related questions in person and over the phoneSchedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and product deliveriesMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and service recordsCommunicate customer needs clearly to technicians and internal teamsBuild strong customer relationships by identifying needs and offering solutionsAddress and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathySupport team collaboration while adapting to changing priorities and daily demands Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, or front office supportStrong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindsetExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting prioritiesFlexible availability, including overtime as needed - peak season may require up to six days/week.
