Systems Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Serve as the primary administrator and platform authority for a leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, managing configurations, user roles, and system updates.• Provide domain expertise in P2P systems and workflows, supporting optimization and resolving issues.• Configure and maintain key modules of the P2P platform, including Procurement, Invoicing, Analytics, and Supplier Information Management.• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other critical platforms.• Drive organizational change and user adoption through training and support on system features and processes.• Champion digital upskilling and automation adoption across the organization.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.• 1-3 years of experience supporting or administering Coupa or similar P2P platforms.• Experience with ERP integration with P2P systems.• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and documentation skills.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.• Hands-on experience with P2P system administration, including supplier onboarding and approval flows.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary plus bonus opportunities.• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.• 401(k) with company match and generous paid time off.• Opportunities for growth, advancement, and company-paid training.Apply via Haystack today!
