This position focuses on overnight coverage, helping maintain a quiet and secure setting for residents. The role involves regular patrols, responding to routine concerns, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the shift.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled foot patrols of hallways, common areas, and exterior spaces Assist residents with access in line with established property procedures Address noise complaints and promote adherence to community guidelines Identify and report safety concerns, hazards, or maintenance issues Maintain a consistent and visible presence to discourage disturbances Prepare clear and accurate daily reports and incident documentation Follow all site-specific instructions and company policies Basic RequirementsMust be at least 18 years old Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and able to work independently Basic report writing and observation skills Preferred BackgroundPrior experience in security, residential settings, or customer service Familiarity with handling minor conflicts in a professional manner Work EnvironmentApartment community with ongoing resident interaction Primarily walking patrols throughout the shift Late-night hours requiring attention to detail and awareness Equal Opportunity EmployerCitadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
