Apply via Dice today!Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to lead and manage divisional training programs for the rollout of Oracle's C2M product implementation for our client. This is a long-term project, initially starting with a 6-month contract.Responsibilities:Training Developer is responsible for developing, organizing and conducting divisional training programs for the rollout of Client's end-user training for Oracle's C2M product implementationIn addition, the Training Developer develops and designs training modules that are required prior to the go-live date of the new CIS project in order to train all end-users who are impacted by the solutionDevelop and design training modules and courseware based on the Oracle C2M solution and internal Client business processes including but not limited to: course content, outlines, course materials, on-line and computer based training material, hard copy manuals, visual aids, quick reference guides, and fact sheetsCatalog and maintain library of training aids including computer based training materials, departmental communications, corporate and regulatory policies and proceduresPerform other special projects and assignments as requestedParticipate in select classes as requested by the Training LeadIdentify and mitigate risks related to the Training WorkplanQualifications:Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for large-scale software implementations, preferably Oracle C2M or other Oracle solutions.Expertise in instructional design, courseware development, and creating various training mediums (online, in-person, printed).Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to translate complex technical content into easily understandable materials for end-users.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Oracles C2M product implementation
