This role is ideal for individuals looking to immerse themselves in the world of B2D, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Jira, Outreach, HubSpot, and more to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.Here’s What You’ll Be DoingYou will be the right-hand person for the Director of Operation and the key accelerator for our GTM teams: Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Your role encompasses data, systems, and processes:Translate business needs into actionable solutions.You will create & maintain systems that produce the data necessary to run our GTM teams and make regular strategic decisionsSupport GTM leadership with analysis, research, and planning on strategic and tactical projects for the departmentCollect, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance overall business performancePlay a lead role in uncovering, developing, scoping, implementing, and driving adoption for technology and process changes that increase the efficiency of our GTM teamsCreate and manage all internal dashboards and reporting needed for various stakeholders, such as the executive team, department heads, team members, etc.Create & implement processes to improve data quality in Salesforce and all other systems in our tech stackBuild reports & dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms as neededSupport Sales & Operations Planning with deep demand & channel insights and dataCreate & maintain strong documentation for systems & processes to keep GTM and technical teams up to date and accountable to the latest processes & expectationsRequirements:Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 4 years of experience with revenue operations in a B2D companyMinimum 4 years of experience working directly with Business-to-Business sales teamsStrong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledgeSalesforce "Certified Administrator" certification - a plus.Experience with effectively communicating across organizations, geographies, and culturesSkilled at developing relationships and trust across cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and bring structure and clarity to the revenue organizationExcellent business acumen and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with data and pull insights from the dataStrategic thinker who can break down complex problems, prioritize tasks, and devise effective solutions
