This role partners with leadership to support employee relations, performance management, and key HR initiatives while ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.This position is fully remote, with initial onboarding conducted onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and occasional travel required for team engagement and business needs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concernsManage and support employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching managers on appropriate actionsPartner with leadership on performance management processes, including addressing performance concerns and supporting documentationSupport recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring managers on candidate selection, interview processes, and hiring decisions (execution may be shared or supported)Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesPartner with corporate HR or external resources on benefits, compensation, and compliance-related matters as neededSupport employee engagement initiatives, including communications, surveys, and action planningMonitor workforce trends and provide insights to leadership (e.g., turnover, engagement, overtime trends)Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in a multi-state environmentParticipate in key meetings and maintain consistent communication with leadership despite a flexible scheduleTravel occasionally to the DFW area for onboarding, team engagement, and business needs.Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong emphasis in employee relations and business partnershipExperience supporting multi-state workforces and remote employeesDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time, flexible environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leadersSound judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential mattersStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively within limited hoursProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office toolsABOUT FROG STREETFrog Street (www.frogstreet.com), a subsidiary of Excelligence Learning Corporation, is a leading provider of comprehensive early childhood education solutions to public schools, Head Start programs and early childcare centers, with a focus on children from birth to age five (5).
