We Are Looking For Candidates With,Lead Applications DeveloperThe lead will be responsible for application design, development, and successful implementation of the company's business application. This role is primarily responsible for evaluating technical and functional requirements and for developing a sound application design in line with business goals. This role will provide analyses is of the current application capability and suggest required improvements to business users of the application, works closely with senior business & technology leaders, to define the best design patterns and implementation strategy.Position Responsibilities:Conducts requirements gathering workshops and leads the solution design processArticulates recommendations through compelling presentations and architectural blueprint documents to a variety of audiences, including business management and experienced IT architectsLeads technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidanceCreates and influences proper standards for development, governance and operational lifecycleIdentifies on-going risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measuresCaptures project lessons and converts them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install baseLeads, trains, mentors and coaches the internal team responsible for design and architecture best practicesImproves internal processes, and promotes knowledge sharing within the team, by contributing to the knowledge base, blogs, and brown bag lunchesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience3 years of demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirementsIncludes 3 years of experience providing technical solutions development for on-premise and SaaS applications using JEE frameworks such as springboot , microservices.ExperianceExperience with Tomcat, XML, JMS, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standardsExcellent command of REST standards and API designKnowledge of Open Source architectures and/or past contributions to open source projectsDesign, development and operations experience with highly-available, scalable, and fault tolerant systemsExperience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and REST based APIsExperience profiling and troubleshooting application codeExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjectsAttributesPassionate, intelligent, critical thinker, problem solver, highly persuasiveProactive communicator, documents clearly and succinctlyDetail-oriented, thoughtful, respectful - a team player Required experienceBachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering)Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering) preferred Experience and Skills That Are Nice to HaveScrum/Agile methodology working group experienceWhat You Can ExpectNext Steps: Competitive candidates may be invited to participate in the interview process.
