The Marketing Intern screens questions & requests from tenants, vendors and the public, responding to or resolving problems as qualified. The Marketing Intern also assists in coordinating special events at the property.Must be able to work business hours Monday-Friday with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong working knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & FourSquareProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointEffective communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workersAbility to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiativeWork well independently and as a team
