This role requires strong problem-solving skills, deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and safety.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completionDefine project scope, timelines, risks, and lifecycle strategiesCollaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirementsMonitor project performance and report updates to leadershipResolve issues and provide strategic guidance to team membersManage stakeholder relationships and mentor junior team membersSupport SDLC processes including design, development, testing, and deploymentIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and business outcomesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field7+ years of project management experience (with 3+ years in IT) OR 11+ years of overall relevant business experienceStrong understanding of SDLC, project lifecycle, and risk managementProven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:PMP CertificationStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to apply practical and strategic expertise in a dynamic environment
