Program Manager – Learning & Development

Manager, Commercial Learning & DevelopmentFoster City, CA or Remote | 18-Month ContractWe’re looking for a Program Manager, Commercial Learning & Development to support learning journeys and leadership development programs for US Commercial teams.This role will coordinate virtual and in-person learning programs, manage project plans and timelines, support learner engagement, track program metrics, and partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences.What you’ll do:Coordinate new-to-role learning programs, cohorts, communications, and sustainment activitiesSupport training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and cross-functional developmentPartner with Compliance, Legal, training teams, business stakeholders, and external vendorsManage project plans, timelines, action items, deliverables, and status updatesCoordinate training logistics, meetings, follow-ups, and reportingTrack attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program effectivenessFacilitate training calls, planning meetings, and workshops as neededWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Project/Program Management, or Leadership DevelopmentStrong organization, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing multiple projects and deadlinesProficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration toolsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsPreferred:Pharmaceutical or biotech experienceExperience supporting Commercial or field-based teamsVirtual and in-person learning program coordinationVendor or agency managementExperience with learning metrics, dashboards, feedback, or completion reporting.
