Job DetailsDescriptionEnvolve Community Management company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor.DutiesThe Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs. Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
