Role SummaryThe AI-Assisted Full-Stack Software Developer is responsible for building and improving the internal systems and marketplace technology that power Powered by MRP’s operations. As the company continues to scale, efficient and reliable software systems are critical to supporting sales, logistics, inventory management, and marketplace functionality.This role focuses on hands-on development across the full technology stack, including backend services, databases, APIs, and front-end interfaces. The developer will work primarily with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor IDE and other AI-powered coding workflows to accelerate development and problem solving.This role is ideal for a motivated early-career developer who enjoys building real-world systems, learning quickly, and using modern tools to move fast.
