Club Care Specialist – Anytime FitnessPosition OverviewAnytime Fitness is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Club Care Team in Chelsea, Michigan.As a Club Care Specialist, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the club—ensuring every member walks into a space that is clean, safe, and ready for their workout at all times.This is a part-time, on-site, entry-level position with opportunities to grow within our company.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the clubPerform routine cleaning of equipment, workout areas, and high-touch surfacesEnsure restrooms and lobby areas are clean, sanitized, and fully stockedVacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facilityKeep equipment properly organized and workout areas resetRemove trash regularlyMonitor the club throughout your shift to maintain a consistently high standardComplete assigned cleaning checklists and special projectsFollow all health and safety guidelinesCommunicate any issues or supply needs to managementWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and pride in your workReliable, consistent, and able to work independentlyPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetGood communication skillsWillingness to learn and follow directionAbility to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout your shiftNo prior experience required—we will train the right person.What You Can ExpectSet schedule, 10 hours per weekAdditional hours at other locations is possibleA positive and supportive team environmentFlexible part-time schedulingOpportunity to grow within the companyA role where your work directly impacts member experience
