The manager will be responsible for developing a robust program that includes quality and safety management for non-sterile, sterile and hazardous compounding as well as regulatory compliance, operational optimization, education and standardized process and policies across the health system. His/her reference standards are the BHSF policies, the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), The Joint Commission accreditation standards (TJC), American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, the FDA, the Agency for Health Care Administration and state and federal regulations. Estimated salary range for this position is $137846.35 - $179200.26 / year depending on experience.QualificationsDegrees:Bachelors.Licenses & Certifications:Registered Pharmacist.Additional QualificationsLicensed Pharmacist in FL or eligible Pharmacy license required and eligible for Florida pharmacy licensure within 6 months from hire date.Documented record of success in management of sterile compounding pharmacy operations.Knowledgeable in Federal and State regulatory requirements governing sterile compounding.Demonstrated ability to apply and utilize knowledge of quality management processes.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage professionals and others through influence and collaboration across multiple sites.Experience in Pharmacy operations, systems, technology, and personnel management.Demonstrated ability to utilize effective communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Demonstrated track record of self-initiative, strategic thinking, and successful planning and innovation.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with health care administrators.Minimum Required Experience: 5 YearsEOE, including disability/vetsJ-18808-Ljbffr
