Swiss Screw Machine CNC Programmer Operator

Swiss Screw Machine Operator/Programmer (CNC Programmer/Machinist) Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am (based on production needs) Job Responsibilities: * Set up, maintain and program screw machines * Adjust offsets to ensure part accuracy * Monitor and maintain screw machines, including loading bars daily and cleaning out chips on scheduled basis * New part programming with Esprit software and with machine controls * Complete labor and tool change documentation * Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality, as necessary * Perform quality checks and testing of product, as necessary Job Requirements: * Experience with Star CNC screw machines preferred * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong attention to accuracy and detail * Strong mathematical skills * CAD/CAM experience preferred We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company specializing in the precision injection molding of plastic gears, gear trains, gearboxes and precision screw machine drive train components.
