Our ultimate mission is to dramatically improve patient access to home health care.The LVN role supports that mission by delivering safe, reliable skilled care in the home within LVN scope — with excellent communication and escalation to the RN/clinical team so patients stay safe and on track.We build technology to better support field clinicians.
