While the subject matter differs, both roles focus on leadership, execution, and team development.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position (no book of business) where you’ll bridge strategy and execution helping teams consistently deliver high-quality service.What You’ll Do·      Lead, coach, and develop service team members, providing regular feedback and guidance·      Oversee day-to-day team activities to ensure smooth, consistent execution·      Reinforce workflows, documentation standards, service expectations, and accountability·      Monitor workload balance, workflow progression, and quality of execution·      Identify gaps or inefficiencies and partner with leadership to implement improvements·      Support adoption of systems, tools, and process enhancements·      Collaborate across teams to strengthen client experience and internal handoffs·      Help build and maintain a strong, accountable, team-oriented cultureSpecialized Focus Areas Depending on your background and experience, you’ll align with one of the following teams:Commercial & Personal LinesSupport service teams managing business and personal insurance accountsReinforce workflow consistency, service standards, and operational efficiencyHelp ensure high-quality execution across day-to-day service activitiesCrop InsuranceSupport crop service teams, particularly during high-volume seasonal periodsLead and reinforce workflows to ensure timely and accurate executionEnsure compliance with USDA/RMA guidelines and carrier requirementsOversee accuracy across policies, acreage reporting, and claims coordinationWhat You BringCA P&C License or Crop Insurance License5–7+ years of relevant experiencePrior leadership, mentoring, or workflow oversightStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughSystems experience (Applied Epic, CSR24, etc.) preferredCompensationTotal Compensation Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annuallyWhy Join WSR Insurance ServicesFounded in 1917, WSR Insurance Services is one of the largest independently owned agencies in the region.
