A day in the life As a Client Service Specialist on the Commercial Lines team, you support the service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals by processing new and renewal business, updating and maintaining information in the client management system, addressing and resolving client questions and issues, escalating complex matters, providing clients with information such as plan details, rates, and contributions, assembling proposals, preparing new and renewal proposals and related reports, stewardship reports, service plans, and comparisons, and maintaining daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policy updates, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards.
