If you're looking to grow your accounting skillset in a purpose-driven environment with strong leadership and stability, apply now.What you'll do:Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliationsRecord and allocate daily contributions, gaining exposure to fund accountingAssist with AP processing including invoices and disbursementsSupport grant payments, tracking, and reportingAssist with budgeting and variance analysisSupport month-end and year-end close processesPrepare audit schedules and assist with external auditsWho you are:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field2–5 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger exposureSolid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closeDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyOpen to a hands-on role in a collaborative, "all hands on deck" environmentWhy work here:Mission-driven organization with meaningful community impactStable, well-established nonprofit with strong local reputationTight-knit, collaborative team with strong tenureWhat does this position pay?Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.The expected range for this role is $80,000 - $86,000 annual base compensation.
