YES (2nd round interview) **hybrid work set-up** Job Details: Must Have Skills Technical Digital Manager Adobe Creative Cloud UXUI Detailed Job Description The manager, digital studio production, is responsible for executing digital content initiatives across web and app channels within an in-house creative studio. This role serves as a digital production subject matter expert, translating creative and business needs into structured, executable plans and high-quality outputs. Primary responsibilities Lead a team of digital producers (intake partners). Prioritize Client objectives. Ensure consistency in how work is scoped, estimated, and routed into production. Partner with senior manager on intake, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment. Uphold intake quality, ensure requests are digitally feasible, and translate requests into clear production plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs. Develop and ensure project budgets align with internal cost and efficiency expectations. Track actuals vs. estimates, identifying variances, and correcting. Help manage end-to-end workflows and deliveries across projects. Assert proactive risk and priority management as needed to drive execution forward. Build partnerships with digital, marketing, and tech teams to deliver shared outcomes. Apply working knowledge of UX/UI principles to guide layout, interaction, and content behavior. Ensure deliverables are complete and executed per creative intent, consulting creative team as needed. Ensure outputs are optimized for digital channels. Provide clear reporting on project status, risks, and performance. Promptly escalate production challenges and risks to senior manager. Share resources and knowledge across teams. Core competencies & requirements Five+ years' experience in digital production, with two+ leading producers or intake teams. Trusted expert in digital production. Fluent in digital tools and workflows, and able to operate effectively across digital, marketing, brand, and tech teams. Experience delivering web and app-based content projects. Strong proficiency in Workfront, SharePoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Communicate clearly across all levels. Comfortable escalating for support as needed. Well versed in controlling actuals vs. plan.
