The role is a remote role, and is commission based, with no minimum work hours. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and contact small businesses that may benefit from professional website design and development services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new leads, conducting phone consultations, presenting service offerings, and clearly explaining pricing and value. The role involves building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, following up consistently, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. The associate will collaborate with the web design team to ensure client needs are accurately captured and communicated, provide regular updates to management, and support ongoing client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.Qualifications Any education level is acceptableComfortability with utilizing AI for finding clientsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain website services and technical concepts in clear, accessible terms.Comfort with prospecting, cold outreach, and building relationships with small business owners in person and over the phone.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.Basic understanding or interest in websites, online marketing, and how a professional web presence supports small business growth.High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity when interacting with clients and colleagues.Experience working with CRM tools or basic sales tracking systems is beneficialPayThe role is a commission based role. Sales Associates will earn 20-35% commission from each sale. Sale prices range from $400-$1,000.
