Business Development Manager - Events, Prediction Market, Crypto

Overview:Industry leading events, leadership, and media company, is looking for a founding Business Development Manager for their prediction market, fintech, and crypto ecosystem. To note: this is a full-time, contract/1099, role that will still be eligible for uncapped commissions. Responsibilities: Drive growth across the company's portfolio within the prediction markets, trading, and crypto ecosystems. Bring a strong understanding of financial markets, digital assets, or trading platformsBuild meaningful relationships with founders, operators, traders, and investors, helping them leverage the company's media, events, and partnerships to grow their businesses. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through HubSpot Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and competitor activations Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through HubSpot Qualifications:Strong interest or background in prediction markets, financial markets, trading, or crypto/web3 Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities Excellent relationship-building skills across a global, fast-moving industry A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Additional languages (especially Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus Next StepsDo you want to work with an industry leader in the events, media, and leadership space?
