Senior Manager, FP&AThe Sr. Manager of FP&A owns the Club's financial plan and plays a central role in shaping business decisions by translating data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while building scalable processes that improve visibility, discipline, and performance across the organization. We support hybrid and remote work options for many positions based in our corporate office (Bellevue, Washington) along with some of the best benefits in the region!Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts; drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning efficiencyOwn the consolidated financial outlook and maintain driver-based models, including long-range planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivitiesPartner with senior leaders to align financial plans with strategic priorities and operational goalsAnalyze financial results against budget and forecast, identify key drivers of variances and recommend corrective actions to improve outcomesEstablish and monitor key performance indicators, providing regular, insight-driven reporting to leadershipPrepare executive and board materials that clearly communicate financial insights and support strategic decisionsDrive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and data quality to enable scalability and consistencyAct as a hands-on leader, owning complex analyses while guiding team deliverablesFoster a positive team culture by promoting respectful interactions, collaboration, and contributions toward achieving department and organizational goalsIncorporate AAA's vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guide and motivate others to remain committed to AAA's vision mission and valuesSupervisory Responsibilities:Manage and develop a small FP&A team, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance feedbackLead the team while contributing directly to complex analyses and deliverablesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (BA) in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate financeStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experienceExperience in travel, insurance, subscription membership, and/or service organizationsPreferred Qualifications:Proven experience using FP&A and budgeting systems to manage forecasting and modelingExperience building or improving FP&A processes and toolsMBA or advanced degree preferredCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and accounting principlesAdvanced Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesAbility to translate data into clear, business-relevant insightsAbility to be agile, able to adapt to situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, competing demands, or transitions into new assignments.Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with team members and with partners across all departments.Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiencesAbility to establish, nurture, and optimize key internal and external partnerships and influence organizational change.Salary:Hiring Range: $120,666 - $144,840Eligible for a Senior Manager bonus based on company performance.Benefits We Offer:Health insurance (medical, vision, dental and prescription drug)Up to 22 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first yearEleven paid holidays in addition to PTO401(k) with Employer MatchLife, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts4 Hours of Volunteer Time Off per yearOn-Demand Pay / Earned Wage AccessFree Premier RV AAA Washington MembershipTravel, Insurance, and Membership Discounts and PerksPaid, on-going training throughout your careerTHRIVE wellness programTax-advantaged commuter benefitFree parkingFinancial Literacy EducationWork Environment & Physical Demands:Hybrid work from home and office locationThe physical environment is typical of a standard office space.
