The position requires an individual with strong project management skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, team skills and DoD technical project management experience. They will be expected to continually balance and adjust work priorities to meet short deadlines.This role requires on-site support in the Reston/Chantilly, VA area.Job ResponsibilitiesDocument/Monitor/Deliver contract CDRLsIdentify/Document project processesMaintain project documentation to include org charts and contact pagesEnsure compliance with project processesOn/Off-Board new SAIC employee, subcontractors and temporary employeesServe as the primary administrative interface with the governmentCompile/Assemble Monthly Reports and Travel ReportsManage the Travel Approval Process and maintain travel records/forecastsDocument and Maintain the Program Risk Register. Coordinate Risk ReviewsAct as knowledge manager for project team Confluence pages and MS TEAMS sitesPerform Technical Editing of contract CDRLs, Presentation Material and other prepared documentationSupport Program Team Quality Assurance objectivesAssist in program schedule development and maintenanceServe as the Executive Assistant to the PMsQualificationsRequirementsTop Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI preferredBachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeExperience managing the Travel Approval Process and maintaining travel records/forecastsExperience with program schedule development and maintenanceAbility to continually balance and adjust work priorities to meet short deadlinesTarget salary range $80,001 - $120,000.
