Commercial PM/ Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager/Estimator to join our commercial flooring team. This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities, from bidding through project completion.Responsibilities:• Prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals for commercial flooring projects• Manage awarded projects: scheduling, budgeting, material orders, and quality control• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and crews• Conduct site visits and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget• Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to deliver successful resultsQualifications:• Experience in commercial flooring or construction project management/estimating• Knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods (carpet, tile, LVT, wood, sheetgoods, moisture mitigation, self-leveling, etc.) - Not required.
