Design & Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
This role is designed for an emerging designer/marketer who wants practical, real-world experience inside a marketing consultancy. Working directly with the Marketing Director, you’ll support design projects, content development, and digital marketing initiatives for a range of B2B and B2C clients.
You’ll be guided by existing strategies and brand standards, with clear direction and feedback along the way. We value curiosity, follow-through, and a willingness to learn more than polish or senior-level experience.
As you grow into the role, you’ll take on more responsibility and ownership—but this position starts with structured support and clearly defined tasks.

Organization & Process Support
Maintain a clean, organized, and version-controlled marketing file system.
Ensure assets are properly named, easy to find, and up to date.
Track requests, deliverables, and approvals.
Help document workflows, templates, and repeatable processes.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Director and team on daily execution and special projects.
Contribute ideas and creative input during planning and review discussions.
