MarTech Business Analyst / Jr. Product Owner

We are seeking a MarTech Business Analyst / Jr. Product Owner to support core digital and marketing technology initiatives. This consulting role will partner closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and IT delivery teams to help translate business needs into actionable technical requirements while supporting the administration and ongoing optimization of assigned platforms. This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, PA, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between business users, marketing teams, and IT delivery teams Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Support IT delivery processes including SDLC, testing, and change control Assist with backlog grooming, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization Provide administration and operational support for assigned applications Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking Support continuous improvement of core experience and MarTech platforms Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar IT-focused role Strong understanding of IT delivery processes, including SDLC, testing, and change management Proven experience administering or supporting enterprise applications Previous ServiceNow experience Experience working directly with business users and IT teams in a collaborative, client-facing environment Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Exposure to Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystems J-18808-Ljbffr
