Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Miami, FL. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are in optimal condition. Responsibilities include leading maintenance staff, performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This role requires ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high standards for property appearance and functionality. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a maintenance teamStrong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processesHands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks across various property systemsProficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying solutions for technical and mechanical issuesBasic knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirementsExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance is a plusValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordFlexibility to work on-call and respond to emergency maintenance needs
