Junior HIL Validation & Testing Engineer

Job Details:Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: Minimum of 2-4 years’ experienceDegree requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering or relevant field required.Do you accept internships as job experience: NoTop 3 SkillsHIL/SIL Validation & TestingdSPACE toolchain & MATLAB/SimulinkPython, gtest C++ Automation & Embedded Software Verification Additional Technical Skills (Required)Experience with CAN/J1939 communication protocols and Vector tools (CANoe/CANalyzer) for embedded systems testing and diagnostics.Experience in ECU integration, system-level verification, debugging, and root-cause analysis.Knowledge of software development lifecycle, version control, and test automation framework development.Ability to read electrical schematics, perform hardware setup, and troubleshoot HIL/SIL test environments.Familiarity with diagnostics, fault injections, and validation reporting toolsSoft Skills(Required)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across software, controls, and validation teams.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a continuous learning mindset
