RF SATCOM Targeter, Advisor
Overview
In this role you will apply technical expertise to develop actionable intelligence for customers and support the planning and collection of signals data. You will analyze complex digital communications and application-layer protocols, and present findings to diverse audiences, including senior leaders. You’ll collaborate with the IC and DoD, guiding operations and ensuring alignment with procedures. This position offers impact across multi-organizational teams and a path to influence critical national security missions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop actionable intelligence and understand operational environmentsSupport planning for signals data collection and RF intelligence production cycleResearch and analyze complex digital communications and application-layer protocolsProcess and exploit signals from multiple sourcesPrepare and present briefings on requirements, capabilities, and project status for senior executivesProvide operational guidance and engage with IC and DoD stakeholdersCollaborate within an integrated, multidisciplinary team to meet procedures and regulations
Key requirementsTS/SCI with Polygraph5+ years in the Intelligence Community5+ years exploiting communications devices and networksExperience with RF intelligence and production cycleExperience with operational tradecraft, workflows, policies, and proceduresStrong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilitiesExcellent written and oral communication; ability to brief non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and in teamsExcellent communication and briefing skillsAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical audiencesTeam collaboration and stakeholder engagementRF intelligence and production cycleExploitation of communications devices and networksAnalysis of digital communications and application-layer protocols
