Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics systems and the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Duties Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess. Collaborate with suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline operations. Coordinate dispatching activities to ensure timely delivery of goods. Assist in demand planning by forecasting inventory needs based on market trends and customer orders. Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliveries. Maintain accurate records of materials management and inventory transactions. Utilize MRP systems to monitor and manage supply chain activities effectively.
