CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA)/Caregiver

Keystone Commons has Full Time and Part Time Opportunities for Dedicated CNA's, First Shift 6am-2pm and/or Second Shift 2pm-10pm! Primary Purpose and Job Function: The Care Manager (CNA) provides assistance and support for seniors who are functionally, physically and/or memory impaired. The Care Manager will assist and/or supervise residents with activities of daily living, fostering the residents' independence and freedom of choice at all times, in conjunction with the philosophy of assisted living. Duties and Responsibilities: Resident Care Meal Times Housekeeping and laundry Communication with other care managers, nurses, management and residents Qualifications/Specifications: Must maintain all certifications required for employment (a current CNA license, CPR) Ability to read, write and speak English Must be at least 18 years of age Able to handle multiple priorities effectively Must be able to work independently and follow directions without close supervision Must be team/teamwork oriented and able to work well with others Must act as a public relations representative to guests and other visitors Able to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the residents' best interests Must uphold knowledge and stringent use of infection control procedures Must possess a sincere affection and interest in the senior population Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: CNA license (Required) Ability to Commute: Ludlow, MA 01056 (Required) Work Location: In person
