Part time 20 hours per week spread across 5 days. Mon, Wed, Thur AM required. Tues and Fri am or PM. Could also do 3 days per week but Mon, Wed, Thur would be mandatory. Once this goes FT, they need to go to a normal working schedule EST/CST hour.Role Description –The Project Manager (PM) will be providing leadership with reporting around this project. The PM will be accountable for traditional PM artifacts and responsibilities including scope, schedule, risk/issue management, and project dependencies; including rolling up of sprints and sprint objectives into larger reportable milestones.Project Management DutiesSupport the Delivery Leader through all duties to support the overall execution of the project/initiative. This includes driving collaboration, alignment and integrated delivery for a given project/initiative.Document scope, timeline, resource plan, and stakeholdersIdentify and manage all issues and risks on the project; escalate items timely.Ensure that all the project tasks and deliverables remain on track and within cost.Manage the project folder and related documentation, ensuring decisions and status updates are captured timely.Communicate and maintain project progress and decisions via meetings and status reports on a regular basis and on demand based on stakeholder need.Establish and manage realistic and committed project schedules; taking into consideration deadlines, dependencies, resources, and costs when making changes and decisions to scheduleEnsure that the Project Team shares a common understanding of the project, that adequate resources are being applied consistent with the set timeframe.Establish a project site and organize and maintain project documentation to support needsMaintain stakeholder list, develop communication plans, and assist with creating communications deliverables as neededUse the following technologies: Microsoft: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; Jira, Planview, and Smartsheet.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvementAdjust project management approaches as needed, based on shifting stakeholder priorities, industry best practices, and professional judgement.Facilitate discussions to drive decision making, share information and collect information, as required by the projectProactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope, identify risks/issues, and devising contingency plans.Must Have Skills / Experience6-8 years of IT project management, especially with creating deliverables outlined aboveCandidates must have some sort of LMS tool experience. Ideally, Cornerstone LMS and Cornerstone Experience, but other LMS technologies will suffice/Technical project management, Executive presentation (written and verbal), Senior stakeholder management, Execution oriented with a track record of getting things done under tight deadlines and limited resources.
