ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - Accounts Payable Focus/FT

Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable FocusIMPACT, a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is seeking a qualified Accounting Assistant with an accounts payable focus for our Administrative Department. The Accounting Assistant's primary responsibilities are to process accounts payable and payroll transactions in accordance with company policy utilizing the current accounting and supporting software. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accurate information is posted to general ledger accounts for accurate reporting purposes. Requisites: Experience with accounting software, Sage Intacct preferred. Proficient with Office 365 applications. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now. Familiarity with Therap and National Data Care RFMS record systems. Education and experience required: High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts payable or Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience.
