We are partnering with a respected commercial general contractor to hire a Estimator to support a growing preconstruction team.This opportunity is ideal for someone with approximately 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience who is currently leading bids or ready to take ownership of the full estimating process.Key Responsibilities:Prepare conceptual and hard bid estimatesAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project documentsCoordinate subcontractor and supplier pricingDevelop budgets, procurement strategies, and value engineering solutionsSupport projects from early budgeting through final estimate and turnoverCollaborate with operations, project management, owners, and design teamsQualifications:5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience preferredExperience working for a commercial general contractor strongly preferredAbility to manage multiple pursuits and deadlinesStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Beck Technology/Destiny estimating software is a plusProject experience may include:HealthcareHigher EducationMunicipal/PublicCommercialIndustrial
