Job TitleWorking lead/programmer/schedulerShift DetailsNight Shift Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm (Lunches Paid)Required SkillsJourneyman level on all sheet metal equipmentPress brakesFolding brakesLasersShearEffective 1st article inspectionUnderstanding of bend allowance, tonnage capacity, tooling specs etc.Strong written and verbal skillsComputer and phone skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong mentoring skillsUnderstanding and support of all safety and company policiesBe able to learn programming software for all lasers and press brakes and will use dailyDutiesDuties will include but are not limited to the following:Scheduling and programming all laser and punch jobsSupervising all press brake and shear workTrainingOperating machinesPhysical DemandsFrequent to Continuous: Standing up to 10hrs/day, walking, twisting, turning, bending, and reaching.Occasional to Frequent: Ability to lift to 50lbs and work with arms extended at shoulder level or aboveOccasional: Sitting, pushing, and pulling, working from a kneeling positionGood mechanical aptitude a must. Must be able to work in a team environment and show strong leadership abilities and the ability to schedule.
