Production Associate

Salary Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Eligible for a 10% performance bonus opportunity paid quarterly Shift Diff: $ 1.00 per hour for 2nd shift 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm The Production Line Associate is a vital member of our production team, working closely with the Press Operator to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Paris Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Production Associates. This role supports paper converting lines, printing presses, and packaging lines to ensure finished products are produced, packaged, and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. Production Associates are typically assigned to either the paper converting line, printing press line, or the packaging line based on operational needs at the time of hire. In any of the roles, associates play an important part in maintaining product quality, supporting efficient production flow, and ensuring customer specifications are met.
