You'll collaborate with families and our clinical team to help children reach meaningful goals while building your professional skills.ResponsibilitiesDeliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autismFollow individualized treatment plans and record session progressCollect and maintain accurate data for each clientCommunicate effectively with families and supervisorsParticipate in training and professional developmentQualificationsMust be over the age of 18High school diploma or equivalentcurrent RBT / BT certification (If BT, 40-hour course would need to have been completed in last 60 days)Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism preferredPassion for helping children and families thrive
