This position requires an inquisitive nature, mechanical background, and excellent problem-solving skills to be successful.A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Shop Technician ensures customers receive world-class service to get their equipment back up and running.Responsibilities:Diagnose, fabricate and / or service hoses with efficiency and accuracyAnticipate and address customer needsMaintain showroom and shop inventory, tools, and facilitiesStreamline and support daily processesFollow-up with customers to generate additional businessQualifications:Experience in a customer-facing roleHigh school diploma or GEDStrong organizational and computer skillsMechanically inclined (experience in hydraulics a plus)Excellent communication skills (Spanish a plus)Benefits:Competitive hourly wage (depending on experience)CommissionMedical / dental / vision / life insurance401kPaid vacationTechnical and product trainingThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
