Procurement Category ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for capital equipment and material handling systems (MHE). This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and long-term value through scalable and standardized solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute category sourcing strategies for equipment and componentsLead sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract executionManage supplier relationships and drive performance improvementsCollaborate with engineering, operations, and global teamsMonitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunitiesDrive innovation, productivity, and process improvements within the categoryRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on equipment, industrial automation/robotics, CAPEX or similar complex categories.Strong experience in contracting, supplier management, and cost modelingProven ability to build and optimize supply chain processesExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or MHEKnowledge of supply chain development and procurement toolsCertifications such as CPSM or CSCP (a plus)Key Skills: Capital Procurement | Category Management | Contract Negotiation | Cost Modeling | Supply Chain Development
