We areNOW HIRINGa Maintenance Tech who knows their way around tools and machines.What You Need:High school diploma/GED or trade certification preferred2-5 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related tradesPrior experience in facility maintenance, construction, landscaping, or janitorial services is highly preferredValid driver's license withclean driving recordAbility to read and follow safety procedures, manuals, and work ordersAbility to operate mobile devices, work order systems, and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, database tools)Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple building systemsAbility to lift 50-75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and crawlingDaily local travel requiredHow the Day Goes:Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs according to work ordersPerform minor plumbing tasks (unclog drains, repair leaks, replace fixtures)Complete routine carpentry and painting tasks (patch drywall, match paint, small repairs)Conduct minor electrical repairs allowed by state law (replace outlets, switches, lighting components)Perform HVAC, equipment, and building system checks as neededConduct site and asset inspectionsUse a tablet/smartphone to complete work orders, log notes, upload photos, and submit reportsMaintain tools, obtain materials, and track expensesCommunicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfactionAttend required safety training and follow OSHA and company safety standardsProvide estimates for larger repairs or projectsSupport additional tasks as assignedWhat You Get (Employee Benefits Offered by Our Client)Company van, tools, and equipment providedConsistent part-time scheduleIndependent work with strong team supportOpportunity to use a wide range of trade skillsStable commercial client base"The people were great and coming to work felt amazing everyday.
